This publication explores the relationship between psoriasis severity and liver steatosis using the AI-based LIVERFASt tool. Patients with more severe psoriasis showed higher steatosis scores and stronger associations with age, waist circumference, and disease duration. The findings suggest LIVERFASt™ can be a useful non-invasive tool to assess liver risk in psoriasis patients before systemic therapy.
